Safety at SAEDACCO
SAEDACCO has developed and adheres to a stringent safety program designed to address the inherent dangers present at underground storage tank and hazardous waste construction sites. It is our intent to provide a work environment which fosters a commitment to zero accidents and, therefore, a safe work place for our employees and reduced liability for our client. Our program is composed of the following:
- 40 Hour Safety Training in accordance with OSHA 1910.120
- 8 Hour Annual Safety Training in accordance with OSHA 1910.120
- Weekly Safety Meetings
- Preparation and review of site specific health and safety plans
- Daily job site "tailgate" safety meetings
- Annual medical monitoring and respiratory testing
- Vehicle safety inspections in accordance with DOT specifications
- Accident reporting and senior management review of all incidents
- Defensive Driving Training
- Construction hazard perception orientation training
- Behavioral Based Health & Safety Training
- New Hire introductory training
- Job Safety Analysis and/or Activity Hazard Analysis
